From Shopify store to live stream

Connect your store
Enter your .myshopify.com address (Shopify admin, Settings, Domains) and approve access on Shopify's own screen.
Step 2
Let the catalog import
Your active products come in with their title, price, main image, description and product link.

Feature a product and go live
Pick the product, your AI creator and your script, then go live.

Buyers check out in Shopify
Payment, the order and the customer record all stay in your Shopify store.
Before you connect

- Permission to approve apps on your Shopify store

Does TwinTone see my orders or customers?
No. The connection only asks Shopify to read products. TwinTone never sees orders, customers or payment data.
Which products and details come across?
Active products, up to 1,000. Each product's price comes from its first variant, and descriptions are shortened to 2,000 characters. Other variants, inventory and collections are not imported.
Where can viewers buy?
In the player on your own site, which comes with the Growth and Always-On plans. Viewers tap Shop product on the featured product, then Continue to cart opens their Shopify cart in a new tab. The cart button is only in that player, not on YouTube, TikTok or other channels.
Does my catalog stay up to date?
Yes. TwinTone subscribes to Shopify's product updates when you connect, so new, edited and deleted products sync on their own. If Shopify refuses that subscription, the dashboard says auto-sync is off, and Re-sync tries again.
What happens if I disconnect my store?
The connection switches off and the products you already imported stay in TwinTone. Connecting again switches it back on. Uninstalling TwinTone from Shopify has the same effect as disconnecting.
